Two basements are allocated for dedicated parking keeping in mind the requirements for our clients need to be fulfilled. Making the parking area more accessible for residents and office use. Further utilizing the space for mosque and ablution. A convenient entry exists for the public for easier access to the 5G Emporium.

Shops are designed keeping in mind better visibility both inside and outside perspectives also considering the display for advertisements for any brand and start-ups. It is not just designed to sustain front or back display for shops but also from each side have the opportunity for display.

The facilities provided are of corporate magnitude. The Four levels are the Second floor, Third floor, Fourth floor, and Fifth. Two floors have been kept for apartments, the sixth and seventh floor. Apartments are divided into three types offered in the structure; Studio, One Bedroom, and Two Bedroom apartments. Specially designed has smart features with emphasis on providing amenities which are not limited to a Swimming Pool, Kids Play Area, Gymnasium, Rooftop BBQ, Dedicated Lift & Parking Facility.
Rooftop
A rooftop is a cherished place and in Islamabad not wisely utilized to the best of the interest. We pre-planned the whole rooftop to be utilized for our potential investors for entertainment purposes and to relax with an astounding view as far as the eye can see. What we do plan is to have a recreational area for the kids, Gymnasium, Restaurants, and a swimming pool. It is not just a rooftop it is the 5G Emporium Rooftop.
